Beside professional visitors from Serbia, fair is visited by many organized groups from many neighboring countries (Croatia, Slovenia, BiH, Macedonia, Montenegro), and for 26th fair we expect organized visits from other countries, such as Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania.

Reservation form

Form is the importance of agreement between the organizer of the exhibition space and the client

  2. - Price for standard equipment space 160 eur m²
    - Price for empty space - 145 eur m²
    - Price for LUX equipment space 220 eur m²

  3. Standard equipment space:

    • 6m² box ( dimension 2 x 3 m ) - 2 small white desks, 3 chairs, spotlight, inscription on the frieze, partition walls
    • 10m² box ( dimension 2 x 5 m ) - 3 small white desks, 3 chairs, 2 spotlights, inscription on the frieze, partition walls
    • 12m² box ( dimension 2 x 6 m ) - 4 small white desks, 3 chairs, 2 spotlights, inscription on the frieze, partition walls
    • 20m² box ( dimension 4 x 5 m ) - 6 small white desks, 6 chairs, 3 spotlightss, inscription on the frieze, partition walls

    Each floor of the multi-storey bench will be charged per square meter at the prevailing pricelist

If you have booked and / or confirmed a stand at the Cosmetics Fair and made a payment of one part of the amount (part of the reservation) or the whole amount for exhibiting at the Fair, it is considered you have signed the contract and agreed to all the conditions in the contract.

You can cancel your participation 45 days before the beginning of the fair.

If you cancel between 30 and 45 days before the event you must pay 60% of your total invoice. If you cancel 30 days before the fair you must pay 100% of your total invoice.

Participation at the fair only after 100% payment in advance.
